Saturday matches - Opens at 12 noon prematch until kick off. Wednesdayite members are also welcome in the main bar downstairs after matches on production of the Membership Card.

Evening matches - Opens at 6pm until kick off

Merchandise will be on sale and at least a couple of Wednesdayite Directors will be around for you to ask questions or raise points.

2007/8 season

Everyone at Wednesdayite is delighted that the Lounge has proven to be such a success with members and their guests over the last two seasons. In order to ensure that the Lounge facility remains a welcoming, comfortable and safe venue for all concerned, we respectfully ask that our members be aware of the following guidelines and rules, some of which are changes to previous practice, for the new season

Signing In - All members and guests must sign in on entry to the Lounge and members will be asked to exhibit their Wednesdayite membership cards as part of the signing-in process. Amongst other things, this will enable us to track numbers for health and safety purposes (ensuring we do not breach fire safety quotas etc) and to more proactively manage membership renewals by prompting and processing renewals there and then.

Guests - We will continue to welcome members ’ guests to the Lounge although we are to re-introduce an entry fee of £1 per guest (not children) which will help raise funds and promote new memberships. If you are intending to bring more than two guests to the Lounge at any time, please advise a Wednesdayite director beforehand.

Away Fans - If you are an away fan and have not made prior arrangements with a director of Wednesdayite to be here, you will not be allowed in to this venue. The following rules govern the admission of away fans to the Wednesdayite Lounge 1. Away fans must be signed in by a Wednesdayite member 2. The Wednesdayite member must have obtained the prior sanction of a Wednesdayite director, preferably by no later than the day before the match 3. Away colours must be worn discreetly whilst in the Wednesdayite Lounge

Under-Age Drinking - It is an offence to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for consumption by anyone under the age of 18. Any member or guest found to be drinking whilst under-age, or purchasing or attempting to purchase alcohol for consumption by someone who is under-age, will be barred from the premises.

The above guidelines and rules are designed to ensure that the Wednesdayite Lounge remains the great facility it is with cheap beer, free food and good company. We are of course guests of the venue and our adherence to these guidelines and rules should ensure that we are able to enjoy this privilege for a long time to come. Please help us by ensuring that you and your guests respect these rules at all times.
