Wednesdayite has taken the decision to proceed to member ballot in relation to the offer for our shareholding by Geoff Sheard. The Wednesdayite Board believe that it is appropriate at this time for members to be made aware of the ongoing discussions and information received to date from Mr Sheard and for them to determine the outcome of his bid.
 
It is intended that all full members eligible to vote will receive ballot forms and full background details during the course of next week. Our Rules state that members must be given at least 14 days notice for a Special General Meeting to conclude the process.
