Owls Blog - Euro Owls11 June 2012
With the close season fully underway, where do we look for Football? Whilst keeping an eye on who Dave Jones is signing for next seasons campaign we're lucky enough to have the Euros taking place this Summer. So we welcome yet another new Owls blogger to Wednesdayite.com, Laura Jones.

Owls Blog - Getting Ready For The Championship – Who Do We Hate Now?11 June 2012
Whilst the Bl*des look forward to another season in League One and the Owls look forward to a season in the Championship without them new Owls blogger Matt Grant blogs for Wednesdayite.com on who our rivals will be next season.
Matt grew up in Rivelin in the 80s and 90s, bucking the trend within his family to become an Owl rather than a Blade. Now living in Manchester (for the time being), he continues to travel back across the Pennines for each home game, sitting on the Kop with his younger brother. He’s managed to convert one Manchester resident so far (his partner) to the Wednesday cause and continues to live in hope more will follow.

Owls Blog - Steve Chus The Fat - The Turning Point?11 May 2012
We welcome another new Owls blogger to Wednesdayite.com and to die-hard Wednesday fans this man won't need much introducing.
Steve Chu was the Communications Manager at Sheffield Wednesday from August 2000 to February 2007. In his first 2 1/2 years at Hillsborough he worked for three chairmen and four managers. During Steve's time at the club, he led the development of the most viewed official club website in the Football League and won a clean sweep of Programme of the Year awards in 2004. Away from football, Steve is best known for his research at Bell Labs in cooling and trapping of atoms with laser light, which won him a share of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1997*. He is now Head of Communications and Administration at South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.
*information from Wikipedia. May be a different Steve Chu, but all true Owls fans know that the Chumeister is so incredible he would regularly pick up Nobel prizes in ten minute breaks from his work communicating SWFC's message.
