Following the Owls fourth defeat in a row this weekend against Bolton Wanderers Owls blogger Matt Grant returns to  Wednesdayite.com with his thoughts from the Bolton defeat "A work in progress, no need to panic."

"The Championship is said to be the 6th richest league in Europe, I’m assuming not that far behind The Bundesliga, Serie A and Primeria Liga. And maybe if last season’s performance of clubs promoted to the top tier, where all three survived relegations, is repeated this season then we could say the gap is perhaps gradually closing on The Premiership (and its near equivalent, La Liga).

"My name is John Patterson, I have followed Wednesday since I was a young lad, growing up I was a Newcastle United fan but was converted to Sheffield Wednesday in 2001 when I attended my first game.  Unfortunately for me just after our last Premier League season so as of yet have never been to a Premier League match but hopefully if Wednesday continue with the great start to this season I will get to see one in the near future, fingers crossed.

"An event happened in my life this week that sums up just what it is to be a Sheffield Wednesday fan.

As I am sure most of you read in my opening blog for Wednesdayite, a very influential person in my life was my dad’s best friend, a guy who used to take me to Hillsborough when I was just a little nipper.
