Joes day out in Blackpool:

Blackpool away

Alarm wakes me up at 07.00am

Jeff Williams picks me up at 07.30am

Leave my home in Langold at 7.35 am and call at McDonalds on Penistone Road for breakfast - I had a bacon roll meal

Help Jeff to open car park at 08.15am

Coach arrives at 08.30am and all the passengers get on for the coach to depart at 09.00am

On the coach I help Jeff with handing out quiz sheets

I help with the bingo and I call the teams out on the microphone .I enjoy doing this

I also Help Jeff with the Tuck shop

We arrive in Blackpool at about 11.30am

We have a walk onto the seafront and it is warm so we have a walk on the beach

We had a walk on one of the piers and lost some of Jeffs money on the slot machines

We went to my favourite fish Restaurant for the best fish and chips in Blackpool

Went into the stadium at about 1400hrs to watch the players warm up Jeff was doing his usuall talking to everybody he knows

The game kicks off we start ok then, as usua,l we go a goal down and at half time we are losing but we missed at least 3 easy chances before half time

Second half doesn't get any better and we don't create any chances and Blackpool get a 2nd goal game over

It was a poor game

The coach journey home was very quiet and everybody was saying D.J must go

Jeff took man of match votes and Connor Wickham won

I helped Jeff lock car park up when we got back to Sheffield

Called at K.F.C on way home to Langold

Good day out but disappointing result
