Smile TicketsAs an extention to our successful Smile Tickets initiative, Wednesdayite are this coming season running a 'Smile Season Tickets' scheme.
With Smile Tickets, Wednesdayite provide matchday tickets to disadvantaged people who would not normally be able to attend games. We provide this scheme through generous donations from members and supporters.
Our 'Smile Season Tickets' extention of the scheme allows us to bulk-buy a number of tickets for the forthcoming season at normal rates.
For every adult Season Ticket we purchase through the initiative, Sheffield Wednesday have pledged to honour the current offer of providing a free ticket for under-8's, meaning that tickets will be purchased for both adults and children.
The tickets will be awarded on a match-by-match basis to qualifying applicants who meet specific criteria, with emphasis on providing a matchday experience to long-term sick children and also to unemployed adults who would not be able to attend a match due to their circumstances. Details of how to nominate recipients of the tickets will be made available through Wednesdayite.com before the start of the season.

We are welcoming donations of any amount to go towards the fund, which will truly make a number of deserving people's days.

This season has seen us not only reach out to those who are battling medical conditions and groups of schoolchildren, but also to other fans who, for whatever reason, have seen their love of the Owls take a back seat to the issues facing them in their lives. And now we’re opening it out to the entire SWFC family!
SMILE TICKETSNominations and applications are now OPEN for the 2011-12 season of our highly successful Wednesdayite SMILE Tickets scheme.
Donations totalling over £2,500 have been received over the summer and early season, allowing Wednesdayite to buy a block of tickets for every match this season, which will be awarded to deserving individuals or groups who would not normally be able to attend games, for whatever reason.
Smile TicketsSince June 2006, Wednesdayite have been actively involved in developing a new and very exciting fund raising scheme to help deserving fans in the local community.
All the money donated by fans to Wednesdayite’s Smile Ticket Fund will be spent at SWFC to purchase Match day and Season Tickets. This gives the club a direct benefit from the additional revenue of ticket sales.
Smile TicketsMany of you will be aware that Wednesdayite have been distributing Match day tickets for all the Owls NPower League One games at Hillsborough this season through our successful Smile Tickets scheme.
We have now opened up donations for the 2011/12 season, which will allow a number of disadvantaged people to see the Owls on a match-by-match basis throughout the coming 2011-12 season.
A bucket collection at the recent SWFC open day raised an initial £150 as an opening credit to the scheme and we are looking to raise more than we ever have done this time around.
